At Ultraxlite, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple returns and refunds process. 1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be a custom or personalized item unless it is defective or damaged.
  • Returns must include all accessories, documentation, and original receipts.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized instruments
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been used or altered in any way

3. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@ultraxlite.xyz or call us at (252) 243-3658 to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Make sure to include the original receipt and all accessories.
  4. Ship the Product: Send the item back to us using the provided shipping label or your preferred shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@ultraxlite.xyz or call us at (252) 243-3658. We will arrange for a return and replacement or a full refund. Please provide pictures of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order. Please follow the return instructions above, and once your return is complete, we can assist you with the exchange process.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
